This offers Clients a far reaching approach in Talent Attraction, way beyond simple job board advertising, the core principle of our competitors.

Consensus shows that the Traditional Executive Search Model is dead and gone forever. It is now not acceptable for Clients to be charged up to 30% of a candidates salary by Executive Search companies (2/3rds of which is charged even if the campaign is unsuccessful) for identifying the ideal candidate, when by utilising the specialist resourcing abilities that Online-recruit is able to provide, this can be done for a Low Cost Fixed Fee. Yes, we still utilise online resources such as job boards and CV databases, but through our advanced networking strategies, we are able to reach out to the 90% of other potential candidates, those known as Passive or Hidden prospects. We still tailor our service to our Clients’ exact requirements, so can provide as much or as little involvement and support as is deemed necessary on a case per case basis.

Our Talent Attraction model offers the ongoing Guarantee. If we are not successful in identifying your ideal candidate, we will simply continue your campaign for a further agreed time period, or simply offer a credit back to you for future use.
